For our group project we took Neutrogena Wave power-cleanser produced by Neutrogena company.


Why Neutrogena Wave?
This product is unique! It cleans the skin 10 times deeper than traditional cleansings. Neutrogena Wave helps to make the skin softer and smoother and it is suitable for daily use. Which is more important, it provides  a thourogh skin care at home, so that customers can reduce their visits to beauty salons.

We would like to examine the possibility of Neutrogena Wave's introduction on the Russian market.
Why Russia?
To start with, Neutrogena is already in Russia and it offers beauty products to Russian customers. Moreover, we believe this project is promising for the reason that Neutrogena Wave is in demand among Russian consumers. Many consumers are forced to order a product from countries where it is represented and big and promising Russian market with potential demand is remained unserved.

  4. So, right now there are some facts about the brand and Neutrogena operations both worldwide and in Russia. What are your conclusions and outcomes of the market analysis presented in the blog?


    You have to choose the target audience. Have you done it? What are your ideas? Do you consider entering rural areas in order to tap the relevant opportunity identified in SWOT?

    1. I think tagret audience will remain the same as for all countries where Wave is presented. Women from 16 to 55 years old.

    2. The decision to enter rural area will depend on more in-depth Macro level analysis. The main thing is to understand if consmers are ready to buy Wave on the price we declare in rural areas.
